📦 Trial Period
🔹Trial begins on day girth arrives (weekends & bank holidays included).
🔹You must notify me by Day 5 if you wish to return it. After that, the sale is deemed final.
🔹The girth is your responsibility during the trial — please handle it with care.
🚚 Returning the Girth
🔹The girth must be returned clean, otherwise £10 professional cleaning surcharge applies. 🔹Must be scanned in by your chosen carrier no later than Day 6, otherwise late return fees apply. 🔹Return postage is at your own cost. 🔹Any loss or damage by your organised carrier is your responsibility, I highly recommend using a reputable carrier, and insuring to the full sale value to protect yourself in case of this eventuality.
💸 Fees & Refunds 🔹A £10 trial fee will also be deducted from your refund. 🔹Refunds will be issued within 48 hours after the girth is inspected and condition confirmed. 🔹Any damage or change in condition will result in deductions based on reduction in resale value.
⏰ Late Return Policy 🔹£3 per day late fee starts from Day 7. 🔹If not returned by Day 14, the sale is deemed final.
