The is the factory Harman Kardon subwoofer.  This is part number XQA500050, please make sure this matches your part number.  This one is in good shape.   It has no cracks or splits.   The wire connections are clean and bright.  The speaker is in great shape.  This came out of an adult driven Range Rover that sounded great.
