The 2021 "What If" series are fan sets produced by the "Lost Wacky" franchise and were NOT produced by Topps. The release consisted of twelve (12) different series each in their own pack; I have all of them available individually in my eBay store, as well as uncut sheets and some single cards. The images were painted by legendary artist Pat Chaimuang. The common stickers have white backs, but 50% of packs also each have a single special back-variation sticker inserted (tan, black Ludlow, or red Ludlow).

The whole point of the "What If" series was to take some of the original Topps Wacky Packages images of Norm Saunders (and other artists) which seemed rushed, and to paint them as if Saunders had been paid for 10 hours work, rather than just one hour. The printing and kiss-cutting of these stickers are of the highest professional quality. All these sets were printed and assembled in the United States of America.

These cards were created 100% by human artistry. AI had nothing to do with it.
