This is a Sandra Boynton dog plush from the Kohl's Cares collection. It's got the little striped engineer hat and red collar. Still has the original tag attached. Just clearing out some extra toys. it's super soft and basically just been sitting on a shelf since i got it. perfect for a kid or if you just like boynton's drawings.
