Boxed & In good condition. Battery condition "Normal". Some slight age related marks on lid and base, but nothing that easily can be photographed. mac OS Monterey, but will go newer with OCLP 

Drive is genuine apple, and drive access is fast! although this model runs at NVMe 3 x4 speeds, can but replaced with an NVMe with a Sintech adapter to refresh drive wear.
