🚚 Shipping & Delivery Information
All of our rugs are carefully packed and shipped folded to ensure safe and convenient delivery. Due to folding during packaging, you may notice light creases when you first receive the rug. These will naturally smooth out within a few days of regular use.
We offer free international shipping, and orders are usually delivered within 4–10 business days.

We make every effort to present the colors of our rugs as accurately as possible in our photos. However, variations in screen settings and lighting may cause the actual product color to appear slightly different when received.
As each rug is individually handmade, minor differences in size, pattern, and shade are natural and should be expected. These subtle variations are a part of the handcrafted process and add to the character and uniqueness of every rug.



🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most standard (non-custom) items from our shop.
Custom / made-to-order rugs are specially created for you, therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.


❌ Order Cancellation Policy
• Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made within this time frame will be accepted.
• If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours, a cancellation charge may apply. This is because work on the order may have already started, including material preparation and artisan labor
