BACHMANN OO Gauge 31-765NRM C1 Class Atlantic 3251 LNER Lined Apple Green

Thank you for viewing our listing for this OO gauge model of the ex-GNR C1 Class, manufactured by Bachmann (31-765NRM) as an exclusive for the National Railway Museum / Locomotion - this loco is part of the national collection. It carries the running number 3251 and is presented in the lovely lined Apple Green of the LNER with lettering to the tender.

The model features a plastic body on a die-cast chassis. It has numerous separately fitted parts including brackets and pipework; it really is a lovely model.

The loco is presented in excellent, used condition and has been test run to ensure proper operation. NOTE that the loco and tender need to be picked up together as they are linked by a wiring connection - be careful when removing them from the packaging and handling them further! The detailing pack is included and unopened. The instructions are also present. The box and outer sleeve are both in good condition with some shelf wear - there are two scratch marks to the front of the sleeve and a couple of marks to some corners of the box. Please view all of the images to help gain a better understanding of any damaged areas.

This is a very well realised model of a characterful class of locomotive. It would make a great addition to your layout!

ABOUT US - TEST TRACK MODELS

Hi, I'm Tom, a model railway lifer and car tragic. I've spent many, many hours working on model railway layouts at home, being roped-in by my dad at a young age! I also have a passion for cars and used to collect 1:18 scale examples.

With over 10 years' experience buying & selling on eBay and having spent all of my working life in different levels of retail I decided to take a risk, leave my career and set up Test Track Models, intending to bring good value to a strong selection of pre-owned model railway items, cars of all scales and perhaps the other odd thing in between.

It's been exciting so far (and a steep learning curve) and I look forward to where it might end up.

I commit to reusing packaging where I can to lessen any impact, and using options such as paper packing tape.

With thanks,
Tom
