2. Receive Your Personalized Quote
Based on your chosen design, metal type, diamond specifications, gemstone requirements, and ring size, we'll provide a detailed quotation for your approval.
3. Design Deposit
To begin the custom design process, a non-refundable design deposit is required. This deposit covers the creation of your CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model and will be applied toward your final purchase price.
4. CAD Design & Approval
Our designers create a detailed 3D CAD model of your jewelry. You'll receive renderings for review and can request adjustments before production begins. We proceed only after your final approval.
5. Final Payment
Once the CAD design is approved, the remaining balance is due before manufacturing starts.
6. Crafting Your Jewelry
Our skilled artisans carefully manufacture your piece using your selected precious metal and lab-grown or natural diamonds/gemstones. Every item undergoes strict quality inspections throughout production.
7. Quality Check & Certification
Before shipping, your jewelry is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. Any applicable diamond certificates and documentation are prepared for delivery.
8. Secure Shipping & Delivery
Your completed jewelry is securely packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance (where available). We will provide tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
