This doll was sculpted by Dianna Effner for Boneka / Boneka Puppenmoden GmbH and features Effner’s recognizable childlike sculpting, with softly painted green eyes, delicate brows, blushed cheeks, and painted lips.

She is approximately 10 inches tall and is shown wearing a sweet blue, white, and pink smocked-style dress with socks and pink shoes. The doll will come with an aftermarket outfit and an aftermarket wig, so she will be ready for display.
