This is a genuine Japanese Domestic Market piece, confirmed by the Japanese-language documentation and the JDM-only retail barcode tag visible in the photos. The dial is a sophisticated deep gunmetal gray with a subtle texture that shifts beautifully under different lighting conditions. Applied rose gold-tone baton hour markers provide elegant contrast against the dark field, with a matching rose gold-tone applied index at 12 o'clock. Three silver subdials are arranged in the classic tri-compax layout — a 60-minute chronograph counter at 9 o'clock, a 24-hour indicator at 12 o'clock, and a 60-second running seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. A date window sits at 4:30. The dial is signed "SEIKO / CHRONOGRAPH" in silver. Condition

This watch presents in excellent to great condition. The original hang tag and retail barcode sticker remain attached, and full box and papers are included — but this watch has been worn although in excellent working condition. The dial is pristine with no scratches, marks, or damage. The case shows strong polish with very minor handling marks on the caseback surface — visible in the photos — but the case flanks and lugs are clean. The rose gold bezel is bright and unmarked. The bracelet is in excellent condition with no stretched links or clasp issues. Overall this is an exceptional, nearly new JDM example with all original accessories intact.
