Hello....missing its neck screw...see last pic, was my uncles and I'm now selling it, comes with case and mouthpiece, neck brace..stamped with number..."7460"...see 2nd from last picture.
Pads look OK to my eyes...but I know nothing about saxophones...
Please see pictures for that's what you'll get...
Case is missing its Tolex covering and a bit tatty, one clasp is broke.... 
when putting mouthpiece onto cork it falls off, no pressure, probably needs recorking..
