FAQ
Q. Can I take photos without a microSD card?
Yes. Photos can be taken without a microSD card, but storage is limited. A microSD card is recommended for more photos and videos.
Q. How do I transfer photos to my phone or PC?
For smartphones: use a USB-C cable, OTG adapter, or SD card reader. For PCs: connect via the included USB-C cable, or insert the microSD card directly into your PC.
Q. My video files won't play. What should I do?
Videos are recorded in AVI format. Use VLC Media Player or another compatible player.
Q. The screen is frozen. How do I fix it?
Press the reset button located near the charging port with a small pin, then restart the camera.
Q. The screen protector has scratches. Is it defective?
No. A protective film is pre-installed on the screen. Remove it and replace it with the included spare protector if needed.
Q. Why does the screen flicker under indoor lighting?
Slight flickering under certain artificial lighting is normal and not a product defect. Using natural light or the flash may reduce this effect.
