You are bidding on a SHIRT, MAN'S SHORT SLEEVE, POLYESTER-COTTON (DURABLE PRESS), TYPE II AF BLUE 1550, size 16. It is Contract No. SPM1C1-09-D-F010, which I believe dates it to 2009. The tag says "DSCP Wings Collection" (see pics). There are two breast pockets; all buttons are present. It is really in excellent condition; the tags are so crisp and new-looking, I am not sure if it has ever been laundered. But it has been in storage for years, and so may be a tad musty. There are no rips, tears, holes, stains, or insect damage. No tobacco or mothball stench.
