Jersey does not come with a COA but it was found in a glass wall frame in a storage unit won at Auction. But frame glass was shattered.  The unit also had other autographed memorabilia in it as well.  Front of Jersey does show some scratches on the number but the jersey still has a plastic tag  holder on it.
