NOS, in the Motorcraft box, voltage regulator. Fits a bunch of Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln models 1967 - 1979. I bought it for a 1973 Mustang, back in the 80's. Do your homework..  This is  NOS Motorcarft, made in USA, not inferior reproduction from God knows where! Bought this part in the early 80's when I was restoring Mustangs.
