An old but new unused bugle mouthpiece complete with brass chain attached.
I'm sorry that I don't know more about them to advise.

However, I have received feedback from one customer saying:
"These mouthpieces are too big to fit a B flat bugle"   and from another satisfied customer saying these are: 

"intended for the Eb ceremonial natural trumpets used in parts of Europe"
