Built from an incredibly dense grade of compression-moulded hard plastic, the palomino-coloured horse features heavily detailed musculature, sweeping tail feathers, and a classic stippled saddle blanket adorned with western stars. The entire body is dynamically suspended across a bright tubular steel frame by four heavy-duty steel coil springs, offering a magnificent, high-utility display piece or film prop that perfectly evokes the golden age of retro nursery design.

This piece is in honest fair vintage condition. Given its 60-year age, it displays clear, authentic signs of a well-loved nursery history, including widespread cosmetic colour loss across the painted saddle and mane details, along with superficial plastic scuffs and play abrasions. The tubular steel support frame remains structurally sound but shows typical surface rusting, pitting, and tarnish commensurate with age. Please note that some of the original assembly frame nuts and bolts are missing from the metal frame intersections and will require simple hardware replacements if intended for dynamic weight-bearing play. The heavy-duty plastic body is completely solid with no structural splits or cracks, and the four high-tension suspension springs retain excellent mechanical resistance.
