Trial begins on the day the saddle is delivered (including weekends & bank holidays).
You must notify us by Day 5 if you wish to return the saddle. After this point, the sale is deemed final.
The saddle remains your responsibility throughout the trial period and must be handled with appropriate care.
The saddle must be scanned in by your chosen carrier no later than Day 6, otherwise late return fees will apply.
Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost.
Any loss or damage during return transit remains the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reputable, fully tracked and insured delivery service.
A £25 trial fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after the saddle has been inspected and its condition confirmed.
Any change in condition may result in deductions based on reduction in resale value.
A £5 per day late fee applies from Day 7 onwards.
If the saddle has not been returned by Day 14, the sale is deemed final.
