-True 1/12 Scaling: The 12-mat main room and elevated 3-mat Jodan-no-ma feature perfectly scaled proportions (simulating 180x90cm tatami and 90cm shoji width)

-Authentic Materials: The tatami mats are woven from actual traditional straw, providing a true-to-life texture and look.

-Functional Architecture: Features sliding shoji screens made with real paper, as well as fully functional exterior amado (storm shutters) and a to-bukuro (shutter storage box).

-Mess-Free Zen Garden: The attached rock garden features individually hand-glued pebbles, ensuring the gravel will never spill, shift, or fall out when moving the diorama.

-Custom Lighting: The center alcove and the garden pagoda feature custom-installed LED lighting, with plenty of room for a buyer to add more.
