This is a classic fully jointed Beige "Vermont"
Teddy Bear from the
Vermont Teddy Bear Company.
Based on its features such as the triangular nose, dark eyes and sueded paw pads it closely matches a beige plush bear from the early to mid-90's.  These bears were often handmade in Vermont and are popular collectors' items because they are 5-way jointed, meaning the head, arms and legs all move.
