This military-spec "Bund" watch strap (NATO Stock Number 6645-12-145-6415) was officially issued by the West German Bundeswehr.

Made in the 1970s - 1980s most likely by Eulit or another German MoD supplier such as Graf.

Originally coupled with a bund-style pad designed for airmen to protect their wrists from the extreme cold of a watch case in high-altitudes, this strap has been separated from its pad.

This watch strap was issued for use with service watches, namely the Heuer 1550 SG Flyback Chronograph and Sternzeit Reguliert artillery navigation variants; the Sinn 155 and Sinn 156; the Tutima Military Chronograph Ref. 798 / 760-02; the Orfina Porsche Design Military Chronograph, and the Arctos Military Lemania 5100 Chronograph.

This strap is 18mm in diameter.

Good for a watch with 18mm lug width.
