📋 Saddle Specifications
Brand, Size & Model: Arena by Bates 17 inch High Wither GP Saddle with velcro adjustable knee and thigh blocks. Stamped 17 HW
Colour & Material: Brown part leather.
Tree & Panel Type: Elastiflex tree on CAIR bagged drop panels. We strongly recommend the saddle fit is checked by a qualified saddle fitter before use.
Discipline: Flat work, schooling, general jumping, hacking.
Width: Changeable gullet bar from N - XW. Gullets are easy to swop yourself in minutes with just an Allen key. Choose one gullet bar from:

All Wintec, Arena and Bates Easy Change Gullet System bars in sizes N - XW are compatible with this saddle. Easy Change Risers can also be used, this saddle takes the standard size risers. Additional gullet bars available at £18 each and shims at £8 per pair when ordered with the saddle.

🔎 Condition notes
Please study all photos carefully as they form an important part of the condition description.
Please expect general wear from use e.g. to seat, flaps from riders’ legs / stirrup leathers, girth straps and knee blocks.
Original front knee blocks were missing - we have replaced with closest match (Bates leather knee blocks), but these don't match the synthetic Arena rear calf blocks.
Discolouration to the skirts and flaps from use. Typical of the wear pattern on these saddles due to the nature of the leather used.
Wear to the girth buckle guards.

❗ 5-Day Saddle Trial Terms & Conditions ❗
(Trials available to UK Mainland buyers only)
📦 Trial Period
Trial begins on the day the saddle is delivered (including weekends & bank holidays).
You must notify us by Day 5 if you wish to return the saddle. After this point, the sale is deemed final.
The saddle remains your responsibility throughout the trial period and must be handled with appropriate care.
🚚 Returning the Saddle
The saddle must be scanned in by your chosen carrier no later than Day 6, otherwise late return fees will apply.
Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost.
Any loss or damage during return transit remains the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reputable, fully tracked and insured delivery service.
💸 Fees & Refunds
A £25 trial fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after the saddle has been inspected and its condition confirmed.
Any change in condition may result in deductions based on reduction in resale value.
⏰ Late Return Policy
A £5 per day late fee applies from Day 7 onwards.
If the saddle has not been returned by Day 14, the sale is deemed final.
