This small painting features a view of the sky through trees in a forest. This painting is inspired by the phenomena called Crown/Canopy Shyness where the upper branches of trees avoid touching one another.

This painting is produced on heavy mixed media paper using acrylic markers, made in May of 2026. It is sealed with gloss varnish and shipped in a protective sleeve. It measures 2.5" in length and 3.5" in height. This miniature painting is signed by the artist.
