Recommended Installation Steps:

  • Disconnect Power First: Before proceeding, disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent short circuits that could damage the computer module.
  • Protect the Lens: Do not touch the new headlight lens surface directly with your hands throughout the process.
  • Align and Secure: Do not fully tighten the mounting bolts initially. First, adjust the level and gap with the vehicle body, then tighten evenly.
  • Calibration is mandatory:
    (1) Basic adjustment: After installation, manually adjust the beam cutoff line height to the standard specification.
    (2) Advanced features: If equipped with AFS adaptive headlights, perform system calibration using a professional diagnostic computer. Failure to do so may cause malfunctions and trigger the check engine light.
  • Critical precautions: Disconnect power to prevent damage, ensure gap alignment, perform light adjustment, and calibrate advanced features.
