Both items are pre-owned as well as vintage.

They have signs of wear to the surface as well as age.

Randall when wound up head, tail and feet move but don't move forward very effectively.

Henry J Waternoose can be wound up and moves around slightly.

Both toys function to a small extent but its not clear how much there movements have worn out over time.
