PRODUCT DETAILS:
This Grade C standard bore piston kit is designed for the 510.4cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke SOHC single cylinder engine used in KTM 520/525cc motorcycles and Polaris 525cc ATVs from 2000 through 2011. The 94.96mm Grade C piston provides precise piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in factory-spec cylinders for the KTM/Polaris liquid-cooled 4-stroke SOHC engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a complete top-end rebuild of the 510.4cc 4-stroke SOHC engine. Manufactured using premium cast aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in off-road motocross, enduro, and ATV applications. Fits KTM 520/525 SX, EXC, SMR, XC ATV, and Polaris Outlaw 525 and Outlaw IRS 525 using the shared 510.4cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke SOHC engine.
