Free Shipping is only offered on all orders shipped within continental 48 states by FedEx and USPS. Orders outside the continental 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International) will be required to pay extra shipping fee. Please understand that transit and delivery time may vary depending on customer location.

If Shipment errors happened for customer put a wrong address, we will not be able to credit you for shipping charges if the package is returned or lost or abandoned by the carrier.

We accept returns of products within 30 days after purchase! Please understand that only parts costs are refundable, shipping, installation or other cost will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel or return the item, please provide us with your order Number, then we will assist you with a return if the parts are:

• Never been installed, disassembled used;
• Not damaged due to improper installation;
• Not missing parts, hardware or instructions during installation.
