Up for sale is an original Arcade1Up replacement control panel deck designed for 1-player cabinet configurations.
This is a great replacement or project piece if you are restoring a compact Arcade1Up cabinet, replacing a damaged panel, or building a custom DIY bartop MAME arcade setup!
⚠️ THIS IS A PRE-OWNED REPLACEMENT COMPONENT SOLD AS-IS WITH VISIBLE DAMAGE. This panel has several notable cosmetic and physical flaws:
PHYSICAL CORNER DAMAGE & CHIP: The right-hand side edge of the wooden panel has a significant chipped and cracked section near the screw hole, exposing the raw particle board underneath. This structural defect is visible from the front view and highly detailed in the close-up images.
NO DECK PROTECTOR: This control panel does not include the transparent plastic plexiglass cover over the graphic surface. You will receive the bare graphic overlay deck exactly as depicted.
Missing Hardware: The top joystick/ball top is not included. The bare metal joystick shaft is present, but you will need to provide your own handle top.
Rear Enclosure: The underside of the deck retains its protective black plastic enclosure shell, housing the internal encoder board, wiring, and ribbon cable connection port. The casing shows minor surface scuffs from handling and storage.
