The NC-2’s noiseless preamp is powered by common coin cell batteries and offers 250-plus hours of play time per battery set — that's long-lasting performance you can trust! This low-noise pickup exhibits outstanding string-to-string balance with zero adjustment, offers excellent feedback resistance, and its easy-to-access volume control guards against accidental level changes. Like all Mojo Tone pickups, the Quiet Coil NC-2's low-profile design stays out of the way of your picking hand, while natural cork padding protects your guitar's finish. The NC-2 comes pre-wired for installation with a flexible Mogami cable and a stereo Switchcraft USA end pin jack. The system can be installed permanently, or you can use the included clip to attach it to a belt or guitar strap for a non-permanent installation.
