The two lower parts of mask beside the mouth have noticeable glue, probably from re-attachment.
The top of the bird has some chips. There is masking tape behind the ears, but maybe just to mount flush on the wall.

The mask is part of a family collection and has been kept in a climate controlled environment for more than 20 years.
