Usage Instructions:

Lightly dampen the leather surface before pressing.

Align the mold properly on the press.

Apply sufficient pressure (normally 10 tons) for a crisp 3D impression.

Test on scrap leather before final embossing.

Use with hydraulic or manual presses machine only. it is recommended to match with a 10-ton electric hydraulic press to achieve the best cold pressing and tanning effect.

Before pressing, the leather surface needs to be moistened with water. If there is no suitable force for the machine mold, the details cannot be pressed out。

Leather Requirements

：Vegetable-tanned cowhide.

：For the top-and-bottom molds, the leather thickness should be 2–4 mm.

: For the single mold, the leather thickness should be more than 1.5 mm.

Thicker leather requires greater pressure. If the leather and mold cannot be fully compressed, details will not be clearly defined.

Usage Tips Kind reminder: When pressing, be sure to arrange the mold in both directions and avoid misalignment. Misalignment of the mold may damage it. You can press the mold first and then find a way to fix the upper and lower molds before pressing the leather. You can use double-sided tape to fix it.
