The quick connector pair allows you to quickly connect the fuel lines by pushing-in and disconnect female/male parts by pull while pressing the lock buttons. It is made of quality materials compatible with fuel/gas/petrol etc. The quick connectors do not have shutoff feature when disconnecting. They are compliant with SAE automotive standards.

Hose Connection

 

The barb end of the quick connector connects to Nylon or Rubber hoses. As nylon hose connections are very tight (typically hose clamp is not used), you may need a compression tool to insert the barb to the hose. For rubber hose, you may need to use a hose clamp to fasten.
