The exact model number and specific lamp compatibility are unknown. Dimensions are shown in the listing photos for reference. The glass shows age-related and handling wear throughout, including scratches, scuff marks, hazing, and general surface wear. There are small nicks and dings present in the glass, along with discoloration including browning and yellowing consistent with prior use and exposure. There are also very heavy burn marks and heat-related discoloration present on the glass surface.
