Here is an old 1986-87 West Hazelton, PA Knights of Columbus Council #5605 Columbian Award plaque.  It measures about 6X 8 inches and is about 1 1/4 inch deep.  It shows some wear on the back of the framed plaque, some wear, scratches and rub marks on the wood and lint or dust on the purple velvet background.  Please see pictures and ask any questions.
