This item is a vintage "Rock and Roll Penguin" tin litho wind-up toy, produced in China during the 1980s.

Material: Lithographed tin metal.

Features: Includes a wind-up mechanism with a key to activate waddling movement.

Condition: original box, labeled simply as "PENGUIN WIND-UP".
