📦 Delivery Workflow

After payment confirmation, we will add you to a party in ARC Raiders.

We start a raid together — inside the match, we will drop the purchased items on the ground.

Immediately pick up the items and place them into your Safe Pocket slots. This is required to secure the delivery.

Once items are safely stored in your Safe Pocket, open the in‑game menu and select "Surrender" to exit the raid.
⏱️ Delivery time: Most orders are completed within 10 minutes after confirmation. All orders are guaranteed within 12 hours. If we don't reply instantly, it may be due to time zones or short breaks — we will respond as soon as possible.
