The 8" long Proportional Divider is a highly accurate speed-time-distance computer. Using this divider, any distance picked off a chart between divider points can be immediately converted to unknown speed or time. Made in Germany of silver/nickel alloy with stainless steel points (see PICs). This premium quality maritime navigational tool is pre-owned, but was purchased brand new by the previous owner and never and comes in the original factory locking case with factory applied end point protective wrapping (see PICs).
