2. Returns due to buyer personal reasons: Only unused, uninstalled products with original packaging and complete accessories can be returned. Installed, worn, scratched or artificially damaged items are not eligible for return. - Shipping Fee Liability

- Buyer personal reason returns: Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Free replacement or maintenance service will be offered as appropriate.
- Warranty Exclusions
1. Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
2. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, vehicle collision or unauthorized modification
3. Damage from poor maintenance, liquid corrosion and external impact
4. Labor fee, towing cost, car rental fee and other indirect losses are not covered - Claim Procedure: Contact customer service with order number, defect photos and installation information. We will reply and settle claims within 48 hours.
