This is a heavy duty galvanised D shackle from Bainbridge Marine with a 14mm diameter pin. The screw-in pin has a small hole in it so that a retaining wire can be twisted onto the shackle to prevent the pin coming loose (or undone)
Clear gap between the shackle opening at the pin end is 25mm. Internal clear length is 48mm. On Bainbridge’s website is further specification but no mention of safe working load, but it will be ‘lots’!
