Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working day of receiving payment.
All items are securely packaged and shipped via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on size and weight.

Delivery Estimates:
- UK Standard: 2-4 working days
- UK Express: 1-2 working days

Tracking details will be uploaded once the item has shipped.
Local pickup may be available upon request ? please message us first.

!! Please note: Large or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, doors, bonnets) may require additional handling time and can take up to 5-7 working days to be delivered due to courier limitations.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items.
If you are not completely satisfied or have received the wrong or faulty item, please contact us first , we`re happy to help resolve any issue.

Returns Terms:
- Items must be returned in the same condition received
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item

Please note that all items listed as "Used" have been previously used and may have cosmetic scratches, wear and tear marks. However, they are fully operational and functional as intended. We highly recommend checking multiple times if the specific part you would like to purchase fits your vehicle. We can do a little research if you request, but responsibility is yours.

All parts have been tested either before or after removal from the vehicle. Please be aware that this part is a previously fitted second-hand item. The item displayed in the images is the exact item that will be supplied in this listing, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Please make sure that the part code and body panel you are purchasing match the vehicle part you are trying to repair before making the purchase. Most of the electronic parts (ECU, modules, headlights, etc.) may need coding/programming. Although sometimes that is not the case, please do not rush to blame us because we send faulty parts; double check with your personal researcher or mechanic.

If you need any additional parts, please contact us before placing your order. Due to the high demand and workload, we are not able to list all the parts on time. We would be more than happy to check our stock for any other items you may require. Discounts are available for multiple item purchases. We aim to respond back within 12 hours.
