Offered is a beautiful and authentic vintage Lladró porcelain sculpture depicting a graceful Japanese Geisha seated beside an elaborate blossoming tree, delicately holding her original removable hand mirror.

This piece bears the blue Lladró "Hand Made in Spain" DAISA 1977 backstamp and was purchased new overseas by my father while serving in the U.S. Navy during the 1980s. It has remained in our family ever since and is being offered from the original owner family.

The sculpture displays the artistry that made Lladró famous worldwide: a serene hand-painted expression, flowing floral kimono, intricate coiffure, and a remarkably detailed tree backdrop featuring numerous individually sculpted blossoms and branches. The original removable mirror remains present, a feature often missing on surviving examples.

CONDITION

Excellent vintage display condition.

I find no visible chips, cracks, repairs, or restoration. The delicate blossoms, branches, fingers, facial features, and removable mirror appear intact. Please examine all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description and condition report.
