*SPARES* *NON-RUNNER* GRAHAM FARISH N Gauge 371-481 Class 43378 Power Car Arriva Cross Country

Thank you for viewing our listing for this N gauge model of an Class 43 HST power car, number 43378, split from the 371-481 set, manufactured by Graham Farish. This motorised power car is the only part of the set for sale. It comes in the attractive silver and burgundy livery of operator Cross Country.

The power car features a plastic body on a weighty metal chassis. There is a decent representation of the underframe details. It does NOT have working lights or DCC functionality.

NOTE that this power car is sold purely for spares or repairs, it is a non-runner! There is a very faint buzzing noise from the unit when power is applied on the track but no movement, therefore no further testing can be carried out. Cosmetically the unit is good. Unfortunately the instructions are missing. It comes in its original plastic box which has some light scratches/shelf wearPlease view all of the images to help gain a better understanding of any damaged areas.

This could be a good opportunity for attempted repair or useful for making a dead-in-tow HST power car. Despite the issues, it would still make a great addition to your layout.

ABOUT US - TEST TRACK MODELS

Hi, I'm Tom, a model railway lifer and car tragic. I've spent many, many hours working on model railway layouts at home, being roped-in by my dad at a young age! I also have a passion for cars and used to collect 1:18 scale examples.

With over 10 years' experience buying & selling on eBay and having spent all of my working life in different levels of retail I decided to take a risk, leave my career and set up Test Track Models, intending to bring good value to a strong selection of pre-owned model railway items, cars of all scales and perhaps the other odd thing in between.

It's been exciting so far (and a steep learning curve) and I look forward to where it might end up.

I commit to reusing packaging where I can to lessen any impact, and using options such as paper packing tape.

With thanks,
Tom
