High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is a tough, rigid plastic known for its excellent impact strength and ease of fabrication. It can be easily cut, punched, routed, guillotined, or sawn, making it highly versatile in manufacturing and design processes.

HIPS is available in a wide range of colours and is particularly well-suited for thermoforming, allowing it to be shaped into a variety of products. Common applications include toys, signage, packaging, kick plates, and point-of-sale or display items.

Available in 12 colours and 21 popular sizes, our HIPS plates are guillotine cut with a ±2mm cutting tolerance.
