Date: 1327 Rumi / 1911 Gregorian. Issued during the final years of Ottoman rule in the Balkans, just before the Balkan Wars.
Geography / Region: Yanina Vilayet (Yanya). Historically encompassing parts of today's Northern Greece (Epirus region) and Southern Albania. Yanina was one of the most prominent Ottoman administrative centers in the Balkan peninsula.

Features a highly decorative, ornate lithographed header frame containing the official text of the Yanina Province Treasury.
Shows an authentic red ink overprint (surcharging/stamp) dated 1327 (1911) in the center.
Includes official administrative handwritten details in Ottoman Turkish (Arabic script), along with authentic financial ink stamps and official seal impressions at the bottom.
