You are considering a vintage hard cover book, no DJ,  from the FRANKLIN LIBRARY:  

TRISTRAM SHANDY by Laurence Sterne.  Copyright 1981.  547 pages.

Spine is wrapped leather; cover is a  rich  FAUX TOOLED LEATHER with 22K gold gilt.  Spine has  raised bars. Has 22k gold gilding on all three sides or page edges.   The end pages have a  silk Moire design. Has an unfolded satin ribbon.

Franklin Library stopped publishing books in 2000.  Since that time, these books have become very collectible.  The quality is excellent and beautiful! Wonderful addition to any library.

This book is in excellent, UNUSED condition. The gold  is intact on all three sides. There are no marks, tears or folds on any pages.  Binding is tight and clean. No bookplate, writing or markings.

SHIPPING TIME
I try to ship no later than the next business day after payment. Due to volume, however, I have a noon cut-off, so, if your payment is received after 12:00 noon, it will not be mailed until at least the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Occasionally, I am out of town on Fridays or Mondays. Packages that will be traveling by FedEx Ground or UPS may take an extra day to get shipped as I am not close to their drop-off locations.
