Due to the growth characteristics and natural environment of briar wood, pinhole-sized sanding holes and small areas of filler (within 5mm) on the bowl are normal phenomena, which have nothing to do with the quality, defects, flaws and other standards of the pipe, and are not within the scope of after-sales.
2. About color difference and grain
Briar wood is a naturally grown tree, and its wood grain is ever-changing, which directly affects the grain and coloring effect of the finished pipe. Therefore, the picture only represents the effect of the photographed product, and the actual product received shall prevail.
3. About the inconsistency of carved pipe patterns
Due to hand-carving, we will design according to the shape and texture of each piece of wood, so the pattern of each pipe will be different
4. About the presence or absence of carbon layer
Whether the bowl has a pre-set carbon layer is mainly determined by the product concept of the pipe maker, and there is no conclusion. Usually considering the use needs of customers, more entry-level pipes are coated with carbon layers, and fewer mid-to-high-end pipes.
