Rare Yamaha Session II 612P Guitar Body Made in Japan
Original Yamaha Session II 612P body from 1986.
This Japanese domestic market model features a beautiful and uncommon Purple finish, alder body construction, and SSH pickup routing.
Unlike many Session-series instruments produced by OEM manufacturers, this example is believed to be an original Yamaha factory-built body and retains the distinctive construction details found on mid-1980s Yamaha guitars.
The body is designed for a standard 648mm scale neck with a non-overhang 22-fret configuration and utilizes Yamaha's proprietary Rockin' Magic II tremolo system.
The finish remains exceptionally well preserved with very little fading or discoloration, making this a rare opportunity to obtain a high-grade Session II body.
