This sale is for a scarce Ten-Tec 302R remote keypad that was sold as an accessory option to accompany several different pieces of Ten-Tec equipment.  This particular keypad is in good cosmetic condition with only minor signs of previous ownership.  It appears that a previous owner has replaced the factory black "tire" (rubber grip on the knob) with a blue variety "tire".  

Operationally it was tested and worked beautifully with no issues or shortcomings.  Please note that the final picture shows an RX-350 receiver along with the keypad.  This RX-350 was used to illustrate the appearance of the 302 keypad when installed an in operational position.  This RX-350 is NOT included in the sale with the keypad.

The keypad was designed to offer convenient armchair remote tuning and keypad entry for those Ten-Tec models lacking a front panel keypad entry.  In addition, the wired remote has 3 function buttons that can be programmed within the unit's menu to enable specific functions that the user would like to prioritize for control.  Please refer to your receiver or transceiver's owner's manual for setup and operation of this keypad.

"This allows me to rest my arm on the desk, and twiddle the knobs and buttons in a casual and relaxed manner, which is especially convenient and comfortable when just tooling up and down the band looking for a contact, or fine tuning the VFO.   I use one function button to activate the band spectrum scope to "sweep" the band, and another one to change the tuning step.   The ability to use either a traditional tuning knob or direct frequency entry without raising or moving my hand is makes tuning the rig super easy."
