1935 hardcover edition of Los Angeles: City of Dreams by Harry Carr, illustrated and inscribed by E. H. Suydam. Includes original dust jacket.

The dust jacket shows substantial age wear including toning, staining, creasing, edge wear, chips, and old moisture exposure. The rear of the jacket shows discoloration and waviness consistent with age and storage conditions.

The hardcover binding itself remains attractive with strong color and readable gilt lettering. Interior pages are generally clean with light age toning. Binding remains intact and functional.

A loose old ribbon/bookmark appears to have adhered to a section of pages over time due to age and pressure storage, but it does not appear to be a structural repair or major page damage. Please review photos carefully.
