genuine fitting with bakalite bulb holder 10 inches in diameter and 13 inches to the top brass plate, the stem is made of wood and the flex will need replacing as it's damaged, see picture 4, but it can be hung at any height with new flex  also a few small flea bites around the bottom edge of the rim.
